Manchester Comic Con is here again from Sat 27 – Sun 28 Jul and the main special guests this year are Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy stars Michael Rooker and Sean Gunn. MCM’s other special guests include Gotham’s David Mazouz, Detroit: Become Human voice actors Brian Dechart and Amelia Rose Blaire, and RWBY voice actor Samantha Ireland. With two actors from the most high-profile and profitable movie franchise in the world headlining the event, and a variety of special guests from many different video game and comic book franchises, it’s no wonder that priority tickets have almost sold out for both days of the convention. With a priority ticket, guests can gain early access to the show floor and exclusive deals on merchandise, as well as having the chance to meet some of their favourite stars. In addition to their special guests, MCM is also hosting a Borderlands 3 pre-release demo, allowing fans exclusive access to the brand-new game as well as a Borderlands cosplay competition to celebrate 10 years of the franchise (the top prize is £5000!).
