Get a taste of the future of fashion at the Manchester Metropolitan University this week, as the School of Art’s final year students display their work at the annual graduate fashion show. Visitors can expect a boundary-pushing showcase of work that will be shaping the fashion industries’ future as part of Graduate Fashion Week. The show is takes place on a catwalk in the University’s Holden Gallery, providing the perfect opportunity to see the next generation of designers, before they enter into the professional world. The 2018 fashion showcase saw final year student Jenni Healy (work pictured from last year’s show) headhunted to produce a range by Sainsburys Tu which hits stores this week. Expect more future success stories in this year’s show. The evening also includes access to an exhibition by final year Fashion Art Direction students and a pre-show drinks reception. Tickets are on sale now.
