This day-long event brings together over 80 stalls featuring the finest free-from produce from suppliers all across the UK, allowing you to shop without having to check a single label, safe in the knowledge that what you’re buying suits your dietary needs. In addition to welcoming a host of food vendors, The Manchester Vegan Winter Festival will also feature a selection of live-cooking demonstrations from top chefs, teaching you how to whip up your very own vegan cheese and vegan sushi. Talks include an introduction to the Ayurveda diet, tips on how to maintain a healthy vegan lifestyle and a special presentation from Animal Rebellion to name just a few.
