If you’re looking for a gig that’ll remind you what you’ve most missed about being immersed in music and in an unforgettable moment, then free up your calendar on September 17 because Nick Cave and Warren Ellis are headed for the Bridgewater Hall.

The tour is in support of the pair’s latest collaboration Carnage: their lockdown recordings. Despite decades of being Bad Seeds together, they have never done a full duo album of new songs before. Prepare to be mightily moved: Cave describes Carnage as “a brutal but very beautiful record nested in a communal catastrophe”.
