The line up for Parklife 2018 has just been announced – and tickets to Manchester’s biggest music festival go on sale on Thursday 1 February at 9am. Held at Heaton Park, the bill is a heady mix of big names, local legends and hotly-tipped newcomers. *Drum roll*. Topping the line up this June we have Pharrell Williams’ N.E.R.D, and homeboy Liam Gallagher. Jamie XX is representing, both as himself and as half of sultry electro-duo, The XX. In 2018, UK Grime has a presence at Parklife, with Mercury Prize winning MC Skepta showing up alongside Lorde, Bonobo, Annie Mac and Kelela. Plenty of new names too – genre-breaking Manchester talent, IAMDDB will be pleased to play her first festival to a home crowd. Unsurprisingly for the team behind the Warehouse Project, Parklife have nabbed themselves some of the most sought after DJs in the business, from Jon Hopkins and Honey Dijon to Motor City Drum Ensemble and The Black Madonna. Demand is high, so bag your ticket when they go on sale at 9am on the 1 of February – we can’t imagine they will hang about for long.
