Manchester band Patterns are be playing a special show at the end of March at The Deaf Institute. The band’s music is a mix of astral psych and shoegaze pop, with shimmering synths and delicate guitar lines. To enhance their psychedelic vibe, this gig will feature screens displaying 3D projections that reflect the music. 3D glasses will be available in order to gain the full experience, with the visuals created by Sam Alder of award-winning local production studio Plastic Zoo. Patterns are currently gearing up for their second album, and will be premiering new music at the show. Their debut album Waking Lines was released last year on Melodic Records, and received glowing reviews from the likes of the Guardian, NME and The Skinny. Check out the show’s teaser trailer below.
