Versailles alt-rockers Phoenix are set to continue their victory lap for fifth album Bankrupt! as they prepare to return to the UK in February with a short tour. With a headline slot at Coachella earlier this year, the French four-piece have continued to build on their 2009 breakthrough Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix with their most recent collection of off-kilter, synth-based pop receiving critical acclaim and even featuring an unlikely collaboration with R Kelly (listen to the Trying To Be Cool remix here). Following the cancellation of their headline appearance at last month’s iTunes festival due to illness, as well as a cancelled date at The Warehouse Project, this may be your best and possibly only chance to see Phoenix on this tour.
