Our favourite cinema, bar and art gallery is closing. To celebrate this moment – if a celebration is really in order – the venue is hosting a two-part closing party. Part 1 is ‘The Storming’ of the building’s entrance by assorted members of the city’s arts scene in an event curated and conceived by artist Humberto Vélez. The Storming Part 2, also over seen by the artist, sees the entire venue turned into a party spectacular with local DJs, spoken word, homages and more.
