Redbank Supertap is an upcoming local two-day food and drink event in partnership with Far East Consortium, showcasing some of Manchester’s freshest local beers and street food. This is brought to you by the Green Quarter indies: a newly formed group of food and drink traders from Redbank: an area found between the Green Quarter and the Northern Quarter.
Take a visit on the 20-21st August, for an ultimate brewery tap experience brought to you by three of Manchester’s favourite indie breweries. Runaway Brewery, Beatnikz Republic and Blackjack Brewing Co are coming together to combine their brewery tap powers to create the Supertap.
With a large feast being put on by The Sparrows along with a Sake wine bar and speciality lager, Grub will also join the Redbank Supertap for the evening to provide a rum cocktail bar along with an even wider selection of food traders.
A whole host of diverse talent will be on offer with a number of DJ sets from Devils Jukebox and other special guests.
A number of sessions have been put in place: 5-9pm Friday, 12-4pm and 4:30-8:30 pm Saturday and there is covered outdoor seating for up to 250 people.
Tickets cost a super low £3, a head with the cost of the ticket going towards the communal upfront costs of the event.
