This October the Palace Theatre will be hosting Christopher Wheeldon’s adaptation of Cinderella, with English National Ballet telling the classic fairytale through waves of dazzling and mesmeric choreography. This spellbinding performance of the iconic story is part of English National Ballet’s 70th Anniversary season, with the company bringing the performance up to Manchester as part of their celebrations. The production is innovative in its scope, combining spectacular set and costume design in order to bring the family-favourite fairy tale to life; reinventing it in order to continue to capture the imagination of modern audiences. Alongside their performance, English National Ballet look are set to present a variety of other events – including dance workshops and behind-the-scenes discussions – in order to help aspiring creatives gain a foothold into the industry. The performance is only in Manchester for a limited amount of time, so act quickly as tickets are sure to move fast. The performance is suitable for all ages, and is accessible to all. So, dust off your dancing shoes and get ready for the ball!
