Book now: The Manchester Soul Festival at The Printworks

Every year, on the Sunday of August Bank Holiday weekend, The Printworks plays host to a very special event: The Manchester Soul Festival. Taking place in the venue’s main concourse, it’s a full day of live bands playing the best in Northern Soul, Motown, and Funk. Returning for a fifth year, the Festival is bigger than ever, with many thousands of visitors expected over the course of the day. The line-up includes acts such as Stax of Soul, father-son trio The Soul Temptations, and over 40 of the UK’s top Soul DJs. You don’t have to feel guilty about joining in with the revelry, as it’s all for a good cause: the proceeds raised will go to The Christie Charitable Trust. Leading up to the big event, there will also be several smaller, free Soul events at the venue.
