On Tue Oct 1 The Marble Arch will present their first tasting menu in association with British cidermakers Little Pomona and Ross on Wye. Diners will be treated to an inventive 5 course meal, complimented by a selection of homegrown ciders. The menu, created by head chef Kerry Rickett, features home-cured citrus salmon to start, sous vide fillet of beef for the main and orchard apple tarte tartin for dessert. Guests can also enjoy an amuse-bouche of white onion and cider soup and an array of local and continental cheeses will be served with cider chutney after dessert. Each dish will be paired with a carefully selected cider and the pairings will be explained as each course is served. The ciders will be provided by Little Pomona and Ross on Wye, two Herefordshire-based cideries who champion natural methods of cidermaking. Tickets cost £50 with all food and drinks included.
