Ten years is a milestone for any recording group, especially in this wildly competitive environment of impatient and fickle music audiences. However, to have your debut EP mixed and mastered by one of our generation’s most nimble, modern guitarists, John Frusciante, the release of a memorable debut LP and your most recent full-length touched by the magic of Nigel Godrich and Flood; yes it is quite the milestone to boast about. Warpaint’s self-titled album was released early this year and had audiences swooning at a record the band themselves have described as ‘sexy’. Made up of four female members, they have the ability to communicate sensuality as if they had reached right towards your glands and squeezed out all the adrenaline. Relax and enjoy the ride.
