Acclaimed Aumbry chef and Guardian columnist, Mary-Ellen McTague, has devised a new fine-dining concept for those of us in a hurry. Every Friday over the next few weeks – this Friday included – food fans will be able to enjoy four of Mary-Ellen’s finest creations over a 25 minute meal for a bargain price of £20. Booking will be announced over social media a few days before each one takes place – but you can book tickets for Friday night’s fish-focused supper right now via the link below. You book by the time slot and there are currently tickets available at times between 6pm and 9pm. The menu for Friday (1 May) is as follows:

– Black peas, vinegar and scraps
– Home-smoked mackerel with roast celeriac, pickled beets and rye
– Poached haddock with scampi fries
– Rhubarb granita with hyssop cream
