David Gest’s Soul Train legends tour returns to the North West this summer, stopping at Stockport Plaza on 11 May. Over the last 10 years music lovers have enjoyed performances from all-star line-up of soul legends, originally brought together US producer and TV personality David Gest. This year the soul legends will be reuniting for a UK tour, performing the songs that made them famous and continuing David’s legacy and supporting his charity, the David Gest Foundation. Attendees can look forward to performances from 90s R&B star Dina Carroll, pop and jazz singer Mari Wilson, singer and actress Freda Payne, and Spinners singer G.C. Cameron. Also on the bill are soulful trio The Flirtations, former Stylistics singer Eban Brown and Gonzalez singer Lenny Zakatek. Tickets are now on sale.
