Book tickets: Disco fever takes over the Whiskey Jar as Boogie Nights returns

Disco divas rejoice! Local party starters Boogie Nights are returning for a series of three special club nights, kicking off on 20 September with a night at the Whiskey Jar. Leading up to their traditional New Years Eve party, the first knees up celebrates the return of the same old Boogie Nights vibes we know and love, with five and a half hours of worldwide disco gems, funkadelia and cosmic afro beats to keep those limbs moving and eardrums shaking until 4am. Soundtracking the evening, Disco Stu will be on warm up duties with a collection of worldwide disco records from South America and the Pacific, along with Boogie Nights favourite Calisto, bringing the Afrobeat heat. DJ Reiss Johnson will also be on hand, in possession of a crate brimming with floor-filling disco bangers to close the night, playing strictly vinyl only. Space is officially limited to 170 revellers so grab a ticket and get down early. Early bird tickets have now sold out, so act fast!
