Legendary Glasgow post rockers, Mogwai, headline the Albert Hall in February 2018. Their ninth album Every Country’s Sun debuted in the top ten in September and stays true to their signature indie and noise soundscapes. Like 2014’s The Rave Tapes, the album contains rare flashes of Stuart Braithwaite’s vocals – yet the Mogwai experience is all about the sound. Expect walls of noise, crafted and layered to create a truly immersive experience. The Albert Hall started life as a Wesleyan Methodist meeting hall in 1908 and is among the city’s most iconic live venues. Support has just been announced with Beak and Mugstar added to the bill.
