Singer-songwriter and rapper GIRLI has just seen off the release of debut album ‘Odd One Out’, her first major work after four years of releasing fierce, electro pop hits. Lead single from her debut comes in the shape of Hot Mess, quickly surpassing a million streams on Spotify and making a strong statement calling out industry sexism in the process. Born Milly Toomey, the North London musician visited the city last year with a storming, sold-out show at Deaf Institute. She returns to Manchester this April at Band On The Wall, with support comes from London-based rapper Ashnikko.
