World-class collaboration: Prose & Manchester Camerata at Academy 2

This month, hard-hitting duo Prose are once again teaming up with the world famous Manchester Camerata for an eclectic evening of music at Manchester Academy 2. Local lads Prose are now regulars on the Manchester scene, and have made waves nationwide for a fusion of hip hop, acoustic guitars and beats. Noted as “probably Britain’s most adventurous orchestra” by The Times, the Camerata have a long and varied history of innovative performances, playing with world renowned musicians. Support for their show at Academy 2 comes from Mancunian rapper Tobi Sunmola and Bolton singer-songwriter James Holt. Following the show, those who want to keep the night going can head back to Band on the Wall for the official afterparty, with Prose DJs playing huge hip-hop and indie bangers. Entry is free for all ticket holders.
