Alfred Hitchcock’s horror genre masterpiece, Psycho, has been selected for a very special Manchester Camerata performance this Halloween. The celebrated orchestra will fill the Grade II listed Albert Hall venue with the iconic slasher’s piercing sounds, translating Bernard Herrmann’s original score into a breathtaking experience. Albert Hall’s sister bar, Albert’s Schloss, will be packed with frights across its food and drink menu, continuing Psycho’s spine-chilling theme. Tickets are available from 10am on Friday 5 August, and past shows in London, Bristol and Liverpool have all sold out, so act quickly to ensure a Halloween treat.

Sun 30 Oct, Albert Hall, 27 Peter Street, Manchester, M2 5QR, 5 & 9pm performances, tickets on sale Friday 5 Aug, 10am, www.alberthallmanchester.com
