Expect Caribbean rhythms and carnival vibes as local crew Red Eye HiFi take over Band On The Wall for a night of dancehall, afrobeat, soca and everything in-between. Now based at the Swan Street venue, their underground club night has dot-to-dot across some of Manchester finest stages, finding a cult following in the process. Headlining their latest night are London collective The Busy Twist, blurring the lines between afro, latin and UK bass music. Since releasing debut EP ‘Friday Night’ in 2012, the band have captured a vibrancy and warmth shared by London and Ghanaian music. Also on the bill, look out for dancehall DJ and producer Mina along with local rapper Lady Ice. As expected, fans can look forward to dancers, tropical decor and Caribbean food to complete the carnival atmosphere.
