Hispi in Didsbury, crowd-funded sister restaurant to Chester’s acclaimed Sticky Walnut, celebrates Thanksgiving with a meal for a great cause this year. Under the auspices of head chef, Rich Sharples (ex-Aumbry), enjoy a four-course Thanksgiving-inspired menu – with wine – which includes deep fried quail, truffled sweet potato cake and pecan pie.
