Philadelphia psych-rockers, The War on Drugs, are back in the UK this winter and look set to build on their impressive summer offering which saw them open the Pyramid stage at Glastonbury. Taking a wild path between shoegaze and neo-psychedelia with aspects of Americana lends a depth and sense of heartfelt blues reminiscent of Springsteen and the 1990s-era Brian Jonestown Massacre. The hazy and engulfing new album is Lost in the Dream.
