The Parklife Weekender will be returning to Heaton Park this summer. Located on Manchester’s doorstep, this is the festival you can nip out to – and the event has just announced the a large chunk of the line-up, which so far features Jon Hopkins, Snoop Dogg, Foals, Bastille, Rudimental, Flying Lotus, Public Enemy and Warpaint. Previous years have seen the likes of Chic, The Flaming Lips, Fourtet, Disclosure and Annie Mac taking to the various stages – and despite a reputation for targeting students, the line up is typically among the most forward thinking in the UK.
