Box Bar: There’s a brand new sports, food and live music venue coming to Deansgate

ARC Inspirations – the same minds behind popular city centre bars Banyan and Manahatta – have revealed plans to open a branch of their Box Bar sports bars in Manchester’s recently completed 125 Deansgate. Already established in Yorkshire, with venues in both Leeds city centre and Headingly, Box Bar promises to provide a “game-changing high quality sports bar to eat, drink, view, play and party.” Food menus will feature a range of pizzas, burgers and other delights, alongside Bottomless Brunch options and live music at the weekend. Box bar will be located on the ground floor of 125 Deansgate, the brand-new office building located just opposite the John Ryland’s Library, with plans also expected to be submitted for an outdoor seating area to help maintain social distancing measures. ARC Inspirations’ goal with Box Bar in Deansgate, is to show all major sporting events, alongside offering private hire space for groups looking to celebrate or watch a sporting event. The project – which is the first of its kind outside of their home city Leeds – is set to open in early 2021.
