After a year that has seen Wigan’s garage rock duo Brown Brogues tour France and the US, including a much-coveted appearance at SXSW, it is with great anticipation that Manchester welcomes their echoey grooves back to the Deaf Institute. Blending echoey fuzz pop with bare-knuckle, stripped-back percussion, Brown Brogues are one of the most invigorating live bands around. For this show they are joined by the psychedelic pop of Temple Songs and the driving art-rock of the much-lauded Young British Artists.
