A two-day celebration of holistic living comes to MediaCityUK in June with the International Festival of Yoga. With music and meditations throughout the weekend, the festival features yoga coaching, laughter sessions and plenty of organic food to heal your hunger. The Holistic Reunite stage brings outdoor yoga classes to MediaCityUK’s waterside piazza, with teachers comprising an Indian Yogi, a Chinese opera singer and a former Bollywood star. For a more intimate experience, the Holistic Reflection studio sessions will invite you inside for everything from gong baths to mantra meetings – all on a first-come first-served basis. And for an energy-boosting release of song and celebration, enjoy the Holistic Rejoice stage with Colorado band Katie Wise & The Bhakti Explosion who fuse sacred Sanskrit with western rhythms. Fuel your mind and body throughout at pop-up juice bars, organic and vegan food stalls, and chef demonstrations. There are single day and weekend tickets, most coming with a yoga mat for you to take home.
