Another vintage fair for you this bank holiday weekend: this time with a dainty homemade craft theme, as local gift-maker Candy Peel welcomes fellow craft businesses to join her at Sale Masonic Hall. Joined by Vintage Manchester and Pretty Nostalgic magazine, a whole range of sweet gift ideas and vintage-inspired items will be available to browse, including embroidered bags, bunting and personalised framed names. And tying in with Victory in Europe Day next Wednesday, fancy dress is also encouraged. So if you’re a fan of dressing up and all things vintage, dig out your best 1940s-style outfit and join the uniformed men on the door accepting entry donations to the British Legion.
