Hoarders’ galore Carbooty returns in December for not only its last event of the year, but the end of resident artist Tasha Whittle’s time in Manchester. So to mark the occasion, Tasha will be tracing back to her Lose Gain residency in April with a new installation, Buying Into My Future: a sale of the things she has gained over the years and is finally ready to lose. And because the key here is the more, the better, also up for grabs will be homemade jewellery by Pawel Zablielski and A Curious Fairytale, handmade bags by Knickers and No Fur Coat, recycled bicycle gifts and accessories by BitsofBike, and redecorated furniture, frames and more by Maggie’s Craft Room. Complete with live music, DJs, art, food and drink, whether you’re a hoarder or not, it’s unlikely you’ll leave empty handed.
