Celebrate the Summer Solstice with The Great Manchester Yogathon at The Great Northern

On Fri 21 Jun, The Life Centre North marks both the summer solstice and International Yoga Day with a free two-hour outdoor yoga session in Great Northern’s iconic amphitheatre from 7.30am.

Running from until 9.30am, the Great Manchester Yogathon promises to leave participants refreshed, rejuvenated and realigned with their inner energies through 108 different sun salutations, led by world-class yoga teachers in a unique city centre setting.

Begin your Friday with the restorative, energising outdoor class for people of all abilities as the sun rises over Manchester for its longest appearance of the year.

All mats will be provided on location.
