There is a new place on Chester Road to eat and drink; Bistro 1116. Sister of the established Sip Club, the new space brings pop up experiences to Stretford each month. The hugely popular Portuguese pop up, The Fado, has just finished its run, and next on the agenda is ‘Once upon a time in Stretford, a new speakeasy concept from vintage DJ, Dr Sid.
