Tongue in Cheek Comedy | Morley Cheek’s | Tue 19 Sep | 7pm | £3
Cheap midweek comedy comes in the shape of Jay Hampson’s Tongue in Cheek night at Chorlton’s Morley Cheek. This month Hampson introduces two local comics of a much higher standard than the £3 admission suggests; Freddy Quinne is gearing up to film his first hour long show and Danny McLoughlin should be recognized from his MC work at Group Therapy or his tour support for the likes of Sean Lock, Mickey Flanagan and Sarah Millican. If you live in the south Manchester suburb it’s a must and even if you’re further afield its more than worth jumping on the metro to get stand up of this caliber at this price.
