Rob Rouse and Laura Davis | Tue 17 Jul | The Bread Shed | 7.30pm | £5/3
At Group Therapy’s massive 5th birthday bash at Albert Hall last year the main draw was TV’s Rob Delaney, or maybe Simon Munnery, or perhaps Tim Key. But walking away we were most impressed by young Aussie comic Laura Davis who you can see perform her latest Edinburgh show at XS Malarkey alongside the always excellent Rob Rouse.

Danny Baker | Sat 21 Jul | The Lowry | 7.30pm | £23.50
After claiming he was done with the stage after his Cradle to Grave tour, Danny Baker has gone back on his word to tread the boards once more due to those outings extraordinary success. At risk of becoming The Rolling Stones of comedy, we’re sure this won’t be the last time Baker tours as a man with such verbosity can only keep it in so long it’s always worth spending an hour with the man deemed too dangerous for the BBC.

Chris Ramsey | Sun 22 Jul | The Lowry | 8pm | £21
The last show before The Lowry takes its usual comedy hiatus in August is a belter. Critically acclaimed, award winning and, most importantly, the only person to ever put Katie Hopkins properly in her place (see video below) Chris Ramsey brings a brand new show to Salford Quays this Sunday. A great way to end the week.
