A Carefully Planned Festival returns to the Northern Quarter

Since the inception of A Carefully Planned in 2011, the festivals continues with its original DIY ethos still intact. It runs largely on the goodwill of volunteers, so tickets can still remain highly affordable. Make no mistake: quality remains in the upper tiers and the options available mean literally anyone and everyone will be able to find something they like there: ambient, pop, doom metal, math-rock and hardcore-punk – we don’t doubt you’ll discover something you had no idea you’d love. Featuring over 150 bands across eight venues around the Northern Quarter, this passion project by a group of friends is a gift that you need to embrace with open arms.
