The Whitworth’s fun and friendly social art and craft workshop continues this Saturday with Andrea Lord’s Embroider Doodle session. Andrea leads the group in a freestyle doodle session which is complimented by the addition of embroidery to create some unusual pieces of work. Booking is essential so make sure to ring the number listed below if you would like to craft something new. If you miss out you might want to catch Jane Dennerluy’s ‘silk cuff’ making course which takes place on the following Wednesday (17 April). A traditional way to spend an afternoon with a modern slant with a cup of tea thrown in for good measure.
