It’s definitely fair to consider Zouk veterans of Manchester’s bustling curry scene these days, with their authentic Indian creations a consistent hit with locals and visitors alike.

With that being said, who better to guide you through your own culinary masterclass than the team of expert chefs that have been central to that success.

Staying true to the restaurant’s roots of sharing, Zouk invites fellow curry-lovers to soak up a little piece of that knowledge and try their own hand at creating the same mouthwatering dishes that shape the restaurant’s menu.

Over half a day, participants will craft Indian and Pakistani staples—learning how to prepare and cook two starters, two main courses a rice side dish and either a naan or roti bread. If enough notice is given, the team might even be able to add your favourite dish to the class.

The latest batch of summer classes has now been confirmed, with British Favourites taking place on Sat 18 Jun and a Punjabi Masterclass on Sat 16 Jul. More details on what each class involves are below:

British Favourites: Chicken Tikka, Seekh Kebab, Onion Bhaji, Lamb Rogan Josh, Chicken Tikka Masala

Punjabi Masterclass: Samosa Chaat, Punjabi Lollipop, Lamb Chops, Lamb Karhahi, Chicken Jalfrezi

You can book your spot using the button below, though do be warned, the classes tend to fill up fast.
