Veterans of Manchester’s bustling curry scene, Zouk have cemented themselves as a firm city centre favourite with their authentic Indian creations a consistent hit with locals and visitors alike.

With that being said, who better to guide you through your own culinary masterclass than the team of expert chefs that have been central to that success.

Staying true to the restaurant’s roots of sharing, Zouk invites fellow curry-lovers to soak up a little piece of that knowledge and try their own hand at creating the same mouthwatering dishes that shape the restaurant’s menu.

Over half a day, participants will craft Indian and Pakistani staples—learning how to perfectly prepare and cook two starters, two main courses a rice side dish and either a naan or roti bread.

Dishes for each course are carefully chosen so students can get an idea of the tastes and unique properties of key herbs and spices, and how they infuse into each dish. Once ready, participants can sit down together and eat the dishes they’ve prepared.

The next class, which is a South Indian Special, will be taking place on Sat 9 Sep. Click the button below to book your spot.
