The city centre space formerly known as Cultureplex has rebranded to become Ducie Street Warehouse, offering food, drink and a variety of co-working spaces aimed at becoming the perfect halfway house for those looking to ease back into city working. The ground floor of this expansive Grade II listed former Victorian building will rename its coffee bar Klatch to Counter, serving up coffee, wine, hot and cold snacks, cocktails, locally sourced beers and cookies and brioche donuts from the Northern Quarter’s latest foodie favourite Gooey Co.

Visitors hoping to use the space as their new remote office will be able to do so by purchasing a weekly pass from £50 per person which includes unlimited teas, coffees and water and a £10 voucher for food and drink at Counter. Daily passes are also available for £12, £10 of which can be used to purchase items at Counter during your stay. The venue’s apartment hotel Native will reopen its living spaces and studios located across its six floors, while Ducie Street Warehouse on the ground floor will debut a new outdoor terrace allowing for socially distanced meetings, drinks and working. Customers can explore the venue’s new offering when it opens its doors again on Saturday 4 July.
