Graduate of The Lowry Developed With Artist scheme, Jenny May Morgan hits us up with her latest show, eVULVAlution. It also happens to be the title of her alter ego ‘star’ erotic author Pamela DeMenthe’s difficult 29th novel. Following her successful debut, Sticky Digits, Manchester-based writer and performer Jenny May reprises her delusional authoress for a second interactive storytelling comedy. The doyenne of smutty fiction gets primal as she unveils the idea for her latest tome: a time-travelling prehistoric romp, set against the heady backdrop of Hull, and described as Fifty Shades Of Grey meets Planet Of The Apes. There’s just one problem: Ms DeMenthe has been suffering from a terrible bout of writers’ block and doesn’t actually have much in the way of ideas beyond the basic concept – and that’s where you come in; help Pamela dredge up some suitably saucy storyline material and everyone can go home happy.
