Daniel Fogarty is a Manchester-based artist. His primary area of work is collaborative texts and sculptures; he draws upon the environment we live in, as well as concealed processes (his previous exhibitions have featured concrete sculptures inspired by gardening and photographs imitating the digestive system). Fogarty’s ‘P’ exhibition will be on display 24/7 in the fenced car park at Artwork Atelier, just off Trinity Way in Salford. Housed in a 1970s office building, Artwork Atelier is the new hub for artistic production, with plans to eventually include studios, workshops, collaborative space, offices and an event space. The exhibition will be on display for nine days, with an outdoor preview event on the opening day (Thu 19 Jun, 3pm – 6pm), which also marks the move of Artwork Atelier’s reading room and book collection from Islington Mill.
