Following a handful of sold-out Christmas events late last year the Village Green team are back – transforming the atmospheric, Edwardian Victoria Baths into a pop-up cinema with two very different Valentine’s Day films for you to choose from. Appearing on the giant cinema screen that pops up above the venue’s iconic swimming pool during these left-field events will be Director Tony Scott’s take on Quentin Tarantino’s early action story True Romance on Friday 14 February, followed swiftly by Kristen Wiig’s modern comedy classic Bridesmaids the following day on Saturday 15 February. As always, the Village Screen will feature a makeshift bar, complete with themed cocktails and a multitude of street food traders before the film along with a DJ on hand to provide a fun-filled night with a party atmosphere. Visitors can choose to sit on deckchairs in the main Gala Pool or wooden seating on the Balcony Level.
