Den Fest returns to Great Northern with a weekend of free live music on Fri 25 Aug

Bringing three full days of live music from an unmissable line-up of emerging regional talent, Den Fest takes over Lion’s Den at Great Northern for a fourth year of free outdoor entertainment from Fri 25 – Sun 27 Aug, in conjunction with District Records and Manchester One Media.

Located on Deansgate Mews, Manchester’s favourite ‘hidden street’, Den Fest promises an unforgettable – and affordable – bank holiday weekend with over twenty different bands and artists performing in the forecasted sunshine throughout each day.

Alongside a boisterous set from Liverpool outfit RIVIA, revellers can enjoy a headline show from Stockport band The Maddocks and a secret special guest.

As the festival goes on, guests are free to pop in to any of Great Northern’s independent bars, restaurants and shops around the area, whether it’s for a refined cocktail at Impossible Bar, a towering burger at the legendary Almost Famous or a selection of authentic East Asian street food at Siam Smiles.

Lions Den will be accepting donations across the weekend to local Manchester charity Forever Manchester, which supports community activity across Greater Manchester.
