No matter how much money you spend on clothes, or how much time you spending searching for cool music, or how much you fret about which hair cut to get, or how much time you spend at art openings, there are some people you’ll never feel as cool as. DR.ME are two of those people. A creative studio made up of Ryan Doyle (DR) and Mark Edwards (ME), they’re branching out from their recent forays in to ‘Ever changing micro-installations’ (an assortment of different things on a shelf) to working with Manchester Art Gallery to provide the latest in their series of Thursday Lates. Vile Bodies aims to radically redefine life drawing – though all they’re giving away as to how it might work is to let us know there will be five people sunbathing, and all materials will be provided. If that wasn’t enough, it will be soundtracked by the first ever performance by Ménage a Trois – the gloriously sunny band that used to make up some of world beaters WU LYF. Entry might be free, but we’d heavily suggest booking your place, rather than being left outside, crying about what you’ve missed. We’ve warned you.

Thu 6 Jun, Manchester Art Gallery, Mosley Street, M2 3JL, 6pm – 8.45pm, FREE – booking recommended, https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/
