Rosylee’s outdoor terrace is the Northern Quarter’s favourite sun trap – and this Easter weekend, the sun-kissed seating area is playing host to Manchester’s Thomas Dakin Gin team, who will be serving gin and tonics throughout the weekend, and giving away free samples of this best selling, locally brewed tipple. As well as afternoon teas (from £18.95 per person, noon-5pm, all weekend) and the set lunch and early evening menu (Fri and Sat, from £11.95 per person for two courses, noon-7pm), there are some great offers to enjoy too. First up: Good Friday (14 Apr) is Rosylee’s #cocktailclub with two for £10 blends from the classic collection from noon and closing time. That’s right – there’s no time limit to your booze-related enjoyment. Easter Sunday (16 Apr), meanwhile, is time for beef, lamb or chicken three course roast (£19.95 per person, from noon until they run out), with £5 Bloody Marys and Negronis on the side. Brunch is another option (10am-noon), with eggs Benedict (the ham one) or Florentine (spinach) plus Bucks Fizz for £10. The fun doesn’t stop there either, with 50% off the a la carte menu, all day Easter Monday (17 Apr, and every Monday in fact). See you on the NQ’s favourite terrace.
