War Child and o2 have teamed up to produce Passport Back To The Bars, a week of one-off events that sees big names ditch the arenas and concert halls in favour of smaller, more intimate music venues. The line-up features the likes of Duran Duran, Bastille and The Vaccines – but here in Manchester we’re being treated to a very special stripped-down set from North Western musical icons, Elbow. They’ll be taking to the original Manchester music basement, The Roadhouse, which is probably a setting you’re unlikely to find them in again. To be in with the chance of nabbing tickets, you’ll have to enter a ticket draw by donating online via the War Child Passport site listed below or texting ELBOW to 88450 (texts cost £4.50).

Tue 24 Feb, The Roadhouse, 8 Newton Street, M1 2AN, Ticket draw £4.50 donation, www.warchildpassport.org.uk
