Now that the clocks have gone back there’s even more call to stop in at the bar after work and have a good old knees up. Electrik’s line up of Wednesday night single deck spinners is another great reason to enjoy that midweek pint as they invite the finest record collectors and crate diggers to play their eclectic beats on the solo turntable for a night of vinyl appreciation. This month’s roster is another stellar bill of DJs and luminaries with old favourites Lord Chester (1 Nov), Marc Starr (8 Nov), DJ Sno (15 Nov), Band on the Wall regular Andrea Trout (22 Nov) and the city’s unofficial poet laureate Tony Walsh (pictured) (29 Nov) all taking to the wheel of steel.
