To celebrate the great Mancunian summer, Embankment Kitchen have introduced two new offers guests can take advantage of throughout the rest of the season.

First up, the new Thursday Social is perfect for groups looking to graze away the hazy afternoons. For £29.95, indulge in one of the restaurant’s new Italian-inspired sharing platters — complete with roasted heritage tomatoes, mozzarella and handmade focaccia — and a bottle of wine. With meat, vegetarian and vegan options on offer, this one’s ideal for summer snacking.

Grapes take centre stage for Sunday Vineyard, where you can grab two courses and unlimited — yes UNLIMITED — wine for two whole hours. Embankment’s incredible signature dishes can be paired with an array of wines, including a spicy, berry-filled Sangiovese, a juicy and fragrant Trebbiano and a crisp, zingy Pinot Grigio Blush. Take a look through the full Sunday Vineyard menu here.

Along with the new offerings, Embankment have also introduced a refreshing menu of wine-based cocktails for summer, each inclusion taking inspiration from the location of the vineyard they originate from. New additions include the Bordeaux in Bloom; Picpoul de Pinet mixed with Olmeca Silver tequila, Triple sec, lime and elderflower, the Vineyards of Verona; Pinot Grigio Blush, served with Brockmans Gin, raspberry and lemon, and In the Outback; a full-bodied Shiraz, mixed with Ophir Gin, lemon and ginger ale.
