Embankment Kitchen celebrates summer with unmissable deals on pizza, burgers and drinks

To celebrate the return of scorching summer days in the city, Embankment Kitchen offers a range of astonishingly affordable deals on towering, succulent burgers and sumptuous authentic pizzas alongside an ongoing Happy Hour to enjoy on the idyllic outdoor terrace.

Running all day every Wednesday and Thursday throughout the summer, guests can enjoy any pizza for just £10, with options ranging from Pepperoni, Hawaiian and Spicy Beef and Nduja Sausage to King Prawn and Pesto, Garlic Mushroom and Sumac Onion and a classic Margherita, while for just £12, guests can indulge in any burger, including Katsu Chicken, ‘Beyond the Meat’ and the signature EK Burger.

From Wednesday to Saturday between 4pm and 6pm, Embankment Kitchen’s Happy Hour continues all season long, inviting guests to try a range of cocktails, wines and beers on the shaded outdoor terrace overlooking Manchester Cathedral. For two hours, the bar offers 2 large glasses of house wine for £14, 2 pints for £10 and 2 classic cocktails for £16, with a choice of Cosmopolitan, Old Fashioned, Negroni, Margarita, Amaretto/Whiskey Sourz, Mojito and a selection of smooth, refined martinis.
