The lovely folk at Embankment Kitchen have unveiled their latest menu refresh, including a brand new list of sharing cocktails perfect for summer.
On the food front, guests can tuck into three small plates for £17.50, or five for £27.50, choosing between dishes like Crispy Salt & Pepper Squid, Spicy Chicken Lollipops, Cauliflower Bhajis and Sticky Glazed Pork Belly.
For those after something more substantial, main dishes include a Cajun and Lime Half Roast Chicken, classic Beer Battered Haddock & Chips, Pan-Fried Sea Bream and Salmon Linguini.
With Embankment Kitchen now also open on Tuesdays, the restaurant’s burger and pizza deals will now be available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, meaning you can order any pizza for £10, or any burger for £12 across all three days.
Determined to stretch out what is left of the warm weather, a dedicated ‘Terrace Sharers’ cocktail menu has been crafted specifically to be split over a summer evening. This includes the always crowd-pleasing Sangria, Pink Gin Fizz, Rhubarb and Cranberry Crush and the Garden Sharer.
