Street food returns to the railway arches of Salford’s New Bailey Street later this month. Guerilla Eats, the collective of street food traders, sets up shop opposite Salford Central Station once again on Friday 30 August – and this time welcomes a new addition: Arepa!Arepa!Arepa! – which offers Columbian street food, including the pictured arepa with shredded beef and ‘hogao’ tomato and onion sauce. Other traders set to appear are Dirty Dogs, Fire & Salt BBQ, Ginger’s Comfort Emporium, The Moocher, Chaat Cart and Barnhouse Bistro, with a bar stocking the finest craft beers and spirits also on hand. With free entry, no risk of it being rained off, and Guerilla Eats’ last outing there being one-in-one-out at points, we’d suggest getting down early and settling in for the evening.

Fri 30 Aug, 60 New Bailey Street, Salford, M3 5FS (opposite Salford Central Station), 5pm – 11pm, FREE entry, www.guerrillaeats.co.uk
