Following a wildly successful 2023 instalment, Fearne Cotton’s uplifting Happy Place Festival returns to the idyllic grounds of Tatton Park on Sat 31 Aug and Sun 1 Sep with a soulful and spiritually nourishing programme of immersive workshops, profound discussions, expressive arts spaces, sound healing sessions, exclusive podcasts and irresistible food, led by a newly-announced cohort of decorated speakers and special guests.
Curated with a clear ethos of connection through simple joy, inner happiness and clarity of mind, Happy Place Festival promises to deliver a ‘relatable and accessible’ version of self-care curated to satisfy the individual at their own pace and in their optimal environment.
Spaces throughout the festival include the Yoga and Stretch Area, a Sound and Discovery Teepee where guests can restore their inner peace through breathwork and stress reduction techniques, a Meditation and Mindfulness Teepee and an Expressive Arts Area featuring live music, poetry and spoken word, alongside an endless array of craft activities, book stalls, independent shopping opportunities, relaxation sanctuaries and more. This year, the brand-new Nutrition Hub supplies a variety of delicious, wholesome food and drink to rejuvenate the body and replenish the soul.
Elsewhere, Talk Stage hosts live podcasts throughout the weekend, while the British Airways Holiday Teepee helps you plan your perfect getaway. For something more energetic, the VITHIT Elevate Studio offers silent discos, dance classes, dynamic pilates and barre workouts. Guests can also write their aspirations and future ambitions on the vibrant Wish Wall, before heading to the Seedlip Alcohol Free Bar for a zero-percent cocktail.
Join Fearne Cotton and a line-up of amazing guests and speakers, which includes Olivia Attwood, Frankie Bridge, Adele Roberts & Kate Holderness, Ugo Monye, Gabby Bernstein, Alice Liveing, Rhiannon Lambert, Joshua Patterson, Paul Brunson, Gary and Emma Neville, Lisa Snowden, Fats Timbo and Sofie Hagan. All guests will take part in an unmissable programme of live talks, workshops and DJ sets throughout the festival.
